Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of audio-visual media in Arabic language learning at MAN 1 Jeneponto and its impact on student interest and comprehension. Audio-visual media is a learning tool that can assist teachers in delivering material in a more engaging and effective manner. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of audio-visual media can increase student learning motivation, facilitate understanding of vocabulary and vocabulary, and create a more active and enjoyable learning environment. However, several obstacles exist, such as limited facilities and unstable internet connections. Therefore, support and teacher creativity are needed to ensure optimal use of audio-visual media.
