Abstract

Islamic inheritance law is an essential part of Islamic family law, based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. After the death of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the Companions faced various inheritance issues that required ijtihad to address social change and the development of Islamic society. This study aims to analyze the principles of Islamic inheritance law during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and their relevance in the context of contemporary Islamic law. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach to primary and secondary sources.).
