    As-Sakinah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga

    As-Sakinah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is a scientific journal published twice a year (January and July) by the Research Center under the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Institut Agama Islam Yapnas Jeneponto.

    The journal focuses on family law (hukum keluarga), examined from the perspectives of Islamic law (Ahwal al-Syakhshiyyah) and Indonesian positive law, using normative, empirical, and interdisciplinary approaches. Its scope covers topics such as marriage and divorce; the rights and obligations of spouses; maintenance (nafkah) and child custody (hadhanah); inheritance and bequests; Indonesia's Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI); contemporary issues (early marriage, polygamy, domestic violence, and the protection of women's and children's rights); interdisciplinary approaches (family sociology, family psychology, gender, and human rights); comparative and global studies of family law across countries; and the thought of scholars and reform (ijtihad) in family law.

    As-Sakinah serves as a publication platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and observers of family law to disseminate empirical research findings, conceptual studies, juridical analyses, and case studies that contribute to the development of family law scholarship and remain relevant to contemporary social needs, both in Indonesia and globally.

  • JESY: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah adalah jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan hasil penelitian orisinal, kajian teoritis, serta studi empiris dalam bidang ekonomi dan keuangan syariah. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah akademis bagi peneliti, praktisi, dan akademisi untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan terkait ekonomi Islam dan penerapannya dalam berbagai sektor. JESY diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Februari dan November, dengan fokus pada topik-topik seperti ekonomi syariah, perbankan dan keuangan Islam, bisnis syariah, manajemen syariah, zakat, wakaf, filantropi Islam, kebijakan ekonomi Islam, serta pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis syariah. Setiap artikel yang diterbitkan melalui proses penelaahan sejawat (peer review) secara ketat untuk memastikan kualitas, relevansi, dan kontribusi ilmiah. Jurnal ini berkomitmen mendukung penyebaran pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ekonomi syariah di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

    Jurnal Edukasiana Islam focuses on the study and development of Islamic education at various levels and in various educational contexts, including formal, non-formal, and informal education. This journal contains research results and scientific studies that examine the concepts, practices, and innovations of Islamic education, including learning, curriculum, evaluation, education management, and the integration of Islamic values in the educational process to shape knowledgeable, moral, and characterful individuals in accordance with the demands of the times.
