The banking industry faces rapid changes due to digital technology advancements, intense business competition, and updated regulations. The research used a qualitative approach with literature review and case studies of banks in Indonesia. Data were collected from primary sources (regulatory guidelines, bank internal documents) and secondary sources (scientific journals, industry reports). Findings showed that effective banking HRM includes strategic planning, targeted recruitment and selection, continuous competency development, objective performance evaluation, and competitive compensation systems.
